I was trying to get my warfarin filled today (7/29/17), the girl at the register was rude, poorly trained and impatient. I don’t know her name but she was thin, in her 20s, with brown hair. It was about 1pm and she kept insisting I must have already picked it up according to the computer. But she was wrong and just didn’t feel like trying to solve the issue. I had open heart surgery, and I have to take that medicine daily. She became very rude and said, “well I have to call ur doctor because I can’t fill it” (mind u it was Saturday) ..i became distressed and told her I couldn’t wait that long. I asked her for a time estimate on how long it might take. She said “I don’t know, I’m not a psychic. I have been on lunch break for 5 minutes and I don’t have time to figure this out now.” I left.. crying. I called another walmart and they said they don’t know why she couldn’t fill it. They said I could pick it up in an hour. Obviously this girl was incompetent and blamed me for her stupidity. She wanted lunch and was incredibly rude about that fact. Don’t go there. – Alexis Morgan

Recently moved to the area from Pinellas county and called to have them fill my daughter’s GERD medicine from another Walmart. My daughter is almost 8 mos. old and miserable, crying and in pain without it. They told me I had no refills left, so I immediately called her pediatrician afterwards who went ahead and authorized refills for this specific Walmart Pharmacy location.

My husband went to pick it up after work at 7p and the pharmacist said my husband could come back the next day and pick it up around noon.

Husband comes in at 1:30p which is when the entire pharmacy closes for lunch – so he waited around until 2p for them to tell him that they don’t show any refills for her medicine.

So, basically they’re insinuating that my pediatrician is a liar.

I wasn’t in the brightest of moods when I originally called this pharmacy on Friday morning, having listened to my daughter wail and scream for hours – so I’m inclined to believe that Debbie, the woman I originally spoke to Friday morning, passive aggressively chose to disregard my pediatrician’s refill authorization and keep an almost 8 month old in pain longer than necessary because she didn’t like “my tone”.

Good to know that you have someone working here who doesn’t mind keeping infants in pain for petty reasons. – Jenna Hill

I expect the people at this particular Walmart to be rude, but there is no excuse for the employees that will make you stop so they can keep walking or cut you off from the aisle as you are walking down the main path. Oh, and absolutely no apologies for doing it. Let’s hope they never hit someone. – Linda Ishihara

Typical Walmart. Many customers were not following county Covid-19 requirements and staff seemed uninterested in asking for compliance. Incidents observed included: lack of masks or other face coverings, failure to maintain distance in line, watching customers cough on produce and place it back. – Ben Bredeson

Not a fan of Walmart at all. They were my last option. My wife was WAY overdue to change her oil. $36 for high mileage oil in a 4 cylinder car isn’t anything special by any means. It was a smoother experience than I expected though. The guy that helped me was chill. 3 stars is the best u can do for you Walmart. – Joe Eisenhauer

Called to ask about how certain drugs would interact with the medication I was taking and was left on hold for over ten minutes before I hung up. – Rowan Emmerson

Calling to follow up on a prescription is as bad as driving there and then standing in line. Text notification for the prescription being ready never happened, it’s been 3 weeks… now medication has been handed to someone else and I have to wait until they re-order mine. I will not use this pharmacy ever again. – Karine H

I have always heard bad comments from this Walmart pharmacy and never pay attention until now 4/10/17 first time that I leave a prescription and yes is the worst pharmacy in this area, the cashier should be retrain she was an inept and racist who does not know how to do her job and the Pharmacy Tech are super slow doing their job and dont care about their customers. – Mercedes Javier
