Pretty quick getting me what I needed. Tiffany, the pharmacist, was patient and made sure I understood my med directions and interactions fully. Being greeted with a smile was plus too:) – Alan Balan

By far one of the most friendly and courteous Walmart pharmacies in the area. The other Walmart pharmacies should take note. – Frank Alaniz

Take to long. Woke up early came to give prescription for pain meds and they said it would take 1hr. I returned 1 1/2 hrs after and still no meds, they still need more time as per the pharmacy tech. I dont understand the delay for 1 prescription. Bad experience and still in pain – enrique santos

I had to make 3 seperate trips to collect my 90 pills. Very slow service and just dumb. The fat lady in front is so rude and gross. Avoid – Monica S

The younger girl up front with the light colored eyes told me to come back in an hour for my prescription. I really needed them so I told her I would wait. They never called well after an hour and a half so i decided to go back and check. She told me they couldn’t transfer my prescription because the other pharmacy had closed. So why not call your customer back to let them know?? Especially since you were the one that told me to come back in an hour, and got my phone number when I spoke to you??? This is the kind of employee who does the bare minimum. Don’t expect this pharmacy to let you know they won’t be able to give you your prescription. Avoid this location! I transferred them to the neighborhood walmart pharmacy on 23rd and Dove. I have already received far better customer service. – E

When i called about my goodrx coupon not being applied they had me speak to a manager named Carlos. Anytime i tried to speak or ask a question as to why i was told it would be applied the day before and suddenly it wouldn’t be he would cut me off, speak over me, increase his volume, and be dismissive. When i told him i was still a paying customer and he could let me speak he said i was making him feel incompetent…um its not my fault you feel incompetent. If i can make you feel incompetent in a 3 minute phone call how are you surviving life??? Work on your feelings on your own time because 9-5 is the customers time. He then proceeded to hang up on me. Everyone else i spoke to was so nice and attempted to be helpful, but this guy was giving zero cares and should not be in a customer service industry as i feel he doesn’t do well at servicing customers…like at all. Being loud and dismissive is not an attribute, manager or not. When people r giving you their hard earned money your only job is to be accommodating, especially if u r a manager setting the tone for other employees and you are a reflection of those employees. They should consider offering him a seminar to learn how to be less sensitive because u can’t cry everytime someone tells you they are dissatisfied with your service and attitude. Again, other people were amazing (especially Sandra) so its sad that this employee (carlos) drags down the reputation of the bunch. I will no longer be giving that pharmacy my business. – Angela Lopez

Horrible customer service. Been back twice already just to pick up 2 prescriptions and they called to tell me they were ready and when I got there they were on lunch so now I have to wait another 30 minutes when I was supposed to be able to pick them up at 10:45 this morning. – Alexandria Waroway

They can never have ur prescription ready, no matter how long it’s been since they got the prescription they say their working on it, 30 to 45 minutes more and u come back and then wait for a consultation from the pharmacist who acts like he doesn’t see u waiting – Gilbert Lopez

Horrible! Waiting for 10 minutes to drop off prescription the lady behind the drop off counter never bothers to give eye contact to acknowledge that I’m there the rest of the staff see me there and scatter everywhere else to not help! Obviously they don’t want to work soooo Took my business to CVS in and out in 10 min. Problem solved – Sonia Serna
