Clean store, good variety of brand named and quality store brand items. Mr. Gross employees friendly people. The parking lot can be a challenge at times and the pharmacy drive thru is ridiculously slow. – Audrey Newbold
Nothing too special for Walgreens, beyond the friendly employees. Prices are standard and there are a few tourist items for people from out of town. – ben thomas
Good store with a lot of useful things and many unnecessary items that are totally over-priced. Good pharmacy to get advise. – Klaus S

Typical Walgreens, there is actually nobody that has any concern about the sales and happiness of the customers. Very hard to find anybody to ask a question. After waiting for 20 minutes in line I gave up and went to an other pharmacy. Did not find Fisherman’s friends, Tylenol original, red round pills, small battery for garage door opener. – Klaus S
This establishment is better in filling your prescription but they are still unorganized and will try to fill your script under the wrong insurance or try to fill your prescription refill to soon so of course the insurance is going to deny it. – Wheelchair Traveler
Waited about 30 minutes in line for pictures. When we were able to use a kiosk the USB cords didn’t work. – Ethan Jimenez

The Pharmacy is super slow. They need more staff or a better system …. something is definitely wrong. I have used them for over a year and it is consistently slow. I can never get anyone on the phone. I have to always get in the car and drive there if I have a question concerning medication. I will be switching to another pharmacy soon. The people are nice and helpful once you get waited on it seems they cannot keep up with the demand. You can see their frustration with trying to keep up their attitudes are changing over the year. Not as smiley or friendly! – Sandra Hall
The Pharmacy is the best department of the whole store. Very helpful people give you good advice and fill your prescriptions much faster than other Pharmacies. Nick is very helpful!
Most other items have high prices :). – Klaus S
Went to fill a prescription and the pharmacist at the desk told me to go to a different pharmacy. A pharmacy that was 20 minutes further away from me. Instead of this one which is 10 minutes from me. – Lilly Rose

I hate this Walgreens! Its just closer to my house. Its the 3rd time that I’ve been in this Walgreens specifically & NOT been greeted nor offered any help although I wore a mask, was looking at the isle signs, & walked in a few circles. I came into close contact with 2 staff members (1 white male & 1 white female) whom I made eye contact with yet neither of them said 1 word to me. There were less than 6 customers in the store- I finally walked out. I’m not shopping here again. Im always greeted & offered customer service across the street. – S. Mechelle McGriff
Needed rapid filling of pre-op prescriptions, and all of my in-network pharmacies were back-ordered for one of them. Called Walgreens (Dean Hunf, Pharmacy Manager) and he immediately retrieved my prescriptions, filled them, and called to let me know they were ready for pickup. All in less than two hours! Now that is customer service!! – H T Aldhizer
I was treated like a queen by Ann, the pharmacy technician. She respected all of my questions and brought over Thomas, the pharmacist. He, in turn, answered all my questions and gave me suggestions about the medicine. What a team! I will always use this pharmacy even though I am moving away from the area.
Thank you for your help and compassion. – Christina Moynihan

When Walgreens started its “pill-pack delivery” system I was very excited… no more counting out pills in little containerser a week at a time. However, it never got that far.
I registered for delivery service, but every time I got their email announcing the readiness of a new prescription or refill, it advised, “Your prescription is ready is ready for pick-up!” And no matter how matter how many times I notified Walgreens to correct their mistakes, no matter how often they “swore” it was corrected, their emails continued to announce my Rx was ready for pick up!”
I gave them three months to fix the problem but not once wee any of my Rx’s delivered. I finally switched to Bailey’s and have been happy ever since.
