Rather cramped and tucked away in this location, but the staff seems helpful and knowledgeable especially when I purchased Clipper tickets for SF public transit. – Peter Hey
I used photo print services and they were pretty quick. The prices are decent but some items you can get with less price in other stores. – Vamshi Krishna Medi
Called to determine if they could fill my prescription in order to prevent making a wasted trip. They refused to answer this basic question over the phone. – Dwight Hubbard

I Will not recommend this place for passport photo. It’s very very expensive.. 2 passport photo for $16. More than double compare to other place. – Nikhil Ranjan
Rude, Mistreated, embarrassed by Mgr and Legal matter, Went in and was told that dogs were not allowed with agression. Said ok and was leaving when the Mgr again said in a High Tone Voice and Loud that take the dog outside. Will pursue this further with attorney because my dog is a Service Dog and never given the chance to say anything.

They were helpful but they didn’t have a white sheet to take the newborn photo. So we had to take picture by ourselves and they printed it in the right ratios. – Neha Jain

Walgreens is always a nice store for selection but the staff is always in a mood. No customer service and it takes ten minutes to check out because the cashier is never at the register. – Jeff Ibey
Low quality of passport pictures, I would do better with my phone camera. The reason I am giving two stars instead of one is that I got them in about 15 minutes. – Mara Go
Never really had a bad experience while shopping here, but the woman I talked with on the phone today was simply terrible.
I might have left there my credit card the last time I was there, so I called to ask if they found it. She told me to go in to the store and talk to the manager and then she almost hung up on me. I asked when the manager would be in, she said she didn’t know and repeated “come in to the store and talk to the manager” and again tried to hang up. I asked if the manager would be in at 8pm… she didn’t know, tried to hang up… asked if the manager was in right at that moment… she didn’t know!!! – Peter Borosan
