The homeless problem around this location can be troubling, but the spacious store and ample parking make getting in and out with what you want a breeze. – Jeremy Robinson

The pharmacist Mark Ruiz is utterly unprofessional if I could leaze zero stars I would. My mother got her prescription filled there and was trying to use the GoodRx app since she doesn’t have Medicare part D. He refussed to give her the discount stating that no one with Medicare can receive it, which is a lie. We tried telling him that we had used the GoodRx app in the past and he just kept on saying mmmm ok, yeah, yeah, yeah. He even called my mothers dr. office yelling to not send her prescriptions to his pharmacy. Walgreens should really look at who they put in management positions. Disgraceful to treat patients in the manner that this so called manager did with my mother. – Roger Rodriguez

So..I like most of the staff and they are friendly and helpful..my only complaint is they always have vagrants hanging out asking for money or rides..happened to my teenager tonight. ..and I am not happy about that. If the management would only ask them to move on. I am not cold hearted but the person harassing my kid tonight was a tweaker that shouldn’t be able to hang out there. – Christine Ochoa

Store is great, one cashier is really rude. Especially: yesterday she refused to make eye contact several times, no greetings or conversations. One time she actually sighed and rolled her eyes as she had walked away from the register and saw i wanted to check out, so she had to walk back 12′.

Just now, she didn’t acknowledge me or stop talking to the person at the register behind me for the whole transaction. Naturally, she made a mistake because she wasn’t paying attention, had to cancel out the coke and ring it up again. Not putting in her name to avoid publicly shaming her – if you want to know, the manager can look up that transaction at 11:00 today – but somebody needs to remind her about basic customer service. I pay her salary, I’m a frequent, regular customer. Look at me. Say hello. Say thanks and come back … – Ella Jay

They don’t always have what I’m looking for but they’re never too busy and the staff are very friendly. – Chris Doeltz

I went there for a passport photo, and I was told that this would only take 5 minutes, but it ends up taking an hour which made me missed another appointment. And the shop assistant seems not familiar with the process, he was always asking others for helping, and still make me confused what option is available. – Leo Cooper

My experience at the pharmacy was great. Ashley the pharmacist helped me find a discount on my prescription that saved me a lot of ????????????money otherwise I would have not bought them.
Great job on customer service Ashley…???????????????? – Tamara Lake

I went to get a passport photo for my baby and they helped me get it. Baby was sleeping so it took a few tries and tricks to wake him up. They were really friendly and patient till we were able to get the photo. – Javier B Perez

Pharmacy customer service sucks, gave me wrong information, had to go back and forth for something they didn’t have. Dropping this pharmacy. – Viti Vibes

I had a hard time getting my prescription. Had to wait several minutes to just to know there was a co pay for the medicine. Other than that bad experience, it is pretty good place. Accessible as it is very near El camino. ???? – Pramod Raghavendra Jayathirth

Clean, well lit store with competent staff; nice folks. There is usually a line, even in the evenings but the cashiers are good and they get you through quickly. Unfortunately, the mini mall the store is in looks seedy and seems like it could be unsafe at night. The entry way outside of the store is right next to an always-overflowing trash bin set by beside a dirty wall. Would be nicer if they could empty the trash more often and clean the walls more frequently. – Toni Thompson
