Stopped by for some Pedialyte and to take an emergency dump. I have to say that this restroom was very very clean and I was happy that I stopped here for that reason. The lady that checked me out was very very personable and polite. Nothing bad to say about this place. – Frank J Rod

This Walgreens is close to my home so I always go there. Even if it wasn’t I would make a long trip out of my way to use this one. All of he staff are always friendly. The pharmacy is great they always remember me and always have my order ready really fast. They go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a good one which is hard to find in Odessa. Thanks to all the pharmacy staff! – Andrea Baca

Cleanest Walgreens in town also the newest! Usually little wait to check out and products are always in stock, just about as good as Walgreens gets in Odessa! – Allen Urias

It’s a good place to buy last minute items or when you’re in an emergency, prices average too high when you compare them with HEB or Walmart. – Gina Marks

This is by far the best 24-hour pharmacy in the whole Midland and Odessa area. The lines are fast and the pharmacy staff are very willing to help. Their pharmacist Jules N is one of the nicest pharmacists I have met, very accommodating with my questions and he clearly explained to me my medications. Keep it up. – Choisk Oph

Just like every other Walgreens the pharmacy takes forever and always seems under staffed. Last night there was a line a quarter mile long, double lanes. The line inside was halfway down the backside of the store. They could not get organized and get medicine out the door fast enough. 3 stars because my prescription was actually ready by the time I got to the register. I was shocked but I did wait about 50 minutes total from the time we left vital care and waited in line. – Shyanne Pool

I dont know what is going on here. Ordered a refill by phone with a live person and show up for pickup only to hear they are out.
Next day, wife receives a call stating a script (different one) is ready for pickup. She arrives for pickup and it isn’t ready. Very disorganized. – ace208b

Great associate working the Cosmetic Dept. Helpful and Eager.
Pointed out great discounted items (up selling), had coupons for my purchase. Very pleased with her customer service skills. – CL RD

It’s a pharmacy. There is good and bad. Most of the time they are really good. Occasionally i have had them mess up my order and had to have doctor call it back in or it is conveniently lost in transition. One time i had them tell me it was out of date a day early, like i can not read what is printed on the same computer as them. Ultimately i like them, but with the onset of good rx checking prices for the best ones, they are behind the times. I would like to see walgreens make some changes with the way they handle drug prices. I actually always find a better deal than insurance and they need a way to run the coupon at the time of filling, instead of after and run the whole thing over. I recently changed all my husbands scripts over to another pharmacy saving over $200. All his drugs are cheap generics and none of them should ever be over $10. Same with mine. All of that said, the store itself can’t change that. It has to be a corporate change. Also the reviews saying that the pharmacist are rude, they are not. They have 2 that are not from the US originally, so they might seem abrupt but they are slammed busy and just to the point. If they are not busy and have a minute they are actually quite nice and happy to help you out. All in all i would recommend this pharmacy, but keep in mind busy times are insanely busy. Try to go at a less frustrating time, especially if you have good rx in hand. – All That Way Trucking

the pharmacy staff is so rude!
i was super nice to them just to get rude attitude back!
i completley understand that they can’t handle the rules & time it takes to fill up a prescription but something that THEY CAN handle is their customer service & they were just so rude and careless! – Nancy Tuveson

treatment of customers at this pharmacy is absolutely terrible the most horrible rude people that you could ever come in contact with that works in customer service and they’re not only rude but they don’t call you from for your prescriptions are ready when I’ll never be back to this location absolutely horrible – Boa Love
