I had been to two other pharmacies and made 4 phone calls trying to get an antibiotic for my sick toddler. It had been called into a pharmacy that was out of network and I needed it before the morning. The pharmacy I typically use told me to my face they would not fill it that same evening because they were too busy. And they were rude about it. I called on the way to this Walgreens and they took all of my info in a very quick and professional manner. When I arrived 10 minutes later they took my insurance card and had the prescription filled within a few minutes of me arriving. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Will be moving all of my family’s prescriptions to this Walgreens from now on. – Joshua Nelson

Anna in the pharmacy is amazing! She went out of her way late at night to help me find the right items and explain how to use all of them. She is a life saver. Not only did she do all of that she even printed out paperwork to help as well. Customer service like this is rare and it’s nice to have someone like her in our neighborhood! – Hayley Gonzales
The employees at this location are always polite and tell you to have a great day. The checkout wait lines are pretty quick. Recently I had to pick up a Fedex package at this location and this was a simple process. – SWCreations

When size of my script was smaller than Dr wrote, and wasn’t available in that size, I suggested they let customer know this. They made it right with an additional tube @ no chg! Another time my script wasn’t covered by insurance. They let me know a generic was now over the counter. – RD Walker
This has been my go-to pharmacy for years. The staff is very helpful and professional. It’s always clean, and I don’t ever feel rushed. I’ve seen them interact with irate customers over the years, which they handle fantastically. The head pharmacist herself is incredibly nice and helpful. – Wes Geddes

The floor staff is really friendly and recognize the regulars. I always end up there for snacks or drinks since I like the staff.
I do use the pharmacy a lot and it works for me for my regular refills. They are pretty busy always and they were not very helpful when having out of the ordinary refills (vacations, lost pills, etc.) – Mariano Luna
i go here regularly. The floor staff have always been helpful when asked a question, and sociable if you just want to say hi. The pharmacy does tend to be very busy, however. – S
The regular staff are pleasant a few are very sweet and recognize regular customers. The Pharmacy staff are professional I don’t understand all the complaints. I get called and call back if there is a refill issue. I unfortunately take several prescribed meds so I deal with the Pharmacy staff a lot, I have no complaints they have helped me and I haven’t been the easiest customer. Even though it’s a busy pharmacy. I love the emails to refill or use the phone app too. They are my preferred Pharmacy. I was in Chicago and needed to fill a med the system is country wide, no problem doing it. That is rare.I have used the health clinic and wasn’t as impressed. The staff was nice but very careful about giving antibiotics which are the current guidelines Nationally, but because they aren’t my normal doc they didn’t know me or my usual seasonal sinusitis swabbed negative for flu and strep. I had to go to my regular doc later that week and got put on an antibiotic a week later I felt better. They are honest though my insurance paid more and the Take Care Health Clinic sent me a check with the difference. – Kate F.
