Always incredibly slow. took 15 minutes to buy my drink this morning, five of which was spent waiting for the manager to reply to the cashier about someone else working outside that needed help? Didn’t make much sense. – Cj Smith
Staff are happy to help, lines are short, and the building is clean.
The store is very clean and well maintained, the shelves are well stocked.
The staff are happy to assist all customers, and they take care of everyone the best they can. – CMDR Avarice
Ok for family snapshots but have always had problems with contest photos. This Walgreens is great, though, because they never give you a hard time about reprinting them – Jolon Dann

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! THE PHARMACY WORKERS ARE ALWAYS SUPER RUDE!!! THEY TREAT PEOPLE WITH NO RESPECT!!! ALSO THEY HAVE BAD TIME MANAGEMENT AND TAKE FOREVER TO FILL PRESCRIPTIONS!!!! DO NOT GET MEDICATIONS FROM HERE!!!! – Emma Elizabeth
A woman at the pharmacy is rude over the phone. Hugging and puffing over me asking simple questions. – lisah768 h
Just called to transfer a prescription from another location out of the area that had already been auto refilled. I was curtly told that the prescription had expired and that she would not transfer it. She said that it could not have been on auto refill as it was a controlled substance. (Implying that I was lying to her?) She informed me that I would need to contact my dr and have it filled with them directly. ?? The other location told me AN HOUR EARLIER that it could be transferred through Walgreens’ system because they had already AUTO refilled it before it expired. So frustrating. Won’t be using this location for anything. Ever. – Lori M

Used to swear by Walgreens Pharmacy on Discovery/183. Primary interest for me was the 24hr availability. Now it’s just a regular shop with the usual staffing issues in a declining neighborhood. I’ll switch to the Walgreens off of Cypress from here on out. – David Scassa
We always go to Walgreens for wine and cigarettes, since it’s easy and quick to get in and out. I like the ease of access that Walgreens offers when looking for items in the store as well. There items are well organized and the carry more frozen/fresh food items than other convenience stores offer, such as CVS. – Courtney Lougheed
Slow if you go during a time when you’d typically expect it to be busy; a perfectly fine walgreens otherwise. – Jeff Fritz

This is by far the worst pharmacy in existence. I don’t really blame the employees, but the corporation itself. This place is so disorganized when it comes to the pharmacy. It’s always jam packed for the drive thru, often taken 20 minutes or more when there are only 3 cars, and then when I try to get my stuff they tell me they can’t find my insurance info, even though I come here all the time to get my prescriptions. I’m going to CVS. Thanks Walgreens corp for barely having any staff for one of the busiest pharmacies in Cedar Park, TX. – William G
Rude! There is one lady who works there who absolutely makes me feel like 3 inches tall. The other day I locked my keys in my car and I know one of the lady’s Susan who works there and she is absolutely great and was letting me use her cell phone for me to call for help but as the older lady with the red hair was changing shifts with her all I did was mention to Susan I needed cigarettes but my ID was locked in my car and the red haired lady shook her head with a snobby attitude and said “no ID no cigarettes” and then looked at Susan and said she wants to go home and she needs to cover her shift. Today all I did was walk-in and the same red haired lady looked at me with that same snobby attitude and said “we are a cash only store this morning no cards” not a good morning or a I’m sorry I was embarrassed and turned around and walked out. The other lady’s that work there are great but she truly shows that she hates her job and next time I go in there and see her I will turn around and walk out – Kailey Wolfen
