Family ran, mother daughter team. Mom worked in shipping, daughter joined the team too so kids could stay with her opposed to going to daycare! Very helpful and friendly folk I’d say. Its great not dealing with an separate insurance company. The pharmacy and lab are downstairs and never busy. 98% of the doctors Ive seen here are great. You do have to go over the hill for some specialists. The staff are kind and friendly. – Helene Weil
So far Kaiser has been welcoming, I feel like the healthcare system works. I’ve only been with Kaiser for 8 weeks, and I’ve got some major health conditions pending (bariatric surgery, diabetes, sleep apnea, etc.), But so far so good. – SouthernOregon Dad

I like the local vibe of the store even though its a big chain. They have a big deli section with lots of options. The layout is good, enter the door on your right, veggies, door on your left deli ???? – Christine Clement
Ran in for a few items that you can’t find at Costco or that the quantity there is just too much. It was raining and as usual, we were able to park close so that was an advantage too. I find that the signage in the isles is dated and really needs to be updated in order to help locate items that I do not buy there frequently. Otherwise, they have good selection and good produce so I keep going back. Check out on this visit was quick and easy. – Kim Thomas

I like this store because its a small town and everyone knows everyone… But it doesn’t have its own bakery or sushi bar, so I sometimes have to drive to Scotts Valley to get things that the Felton Safeway doesn’t carry. But the people that work there are really nice and for the most part, I love this Safeway! – Christy St. Arno
It’s funny to have two mirror image shopping centers on either side of the road in Scotts Valley. Scotts Valley Shopping Center has CVS , my preferred pharmacy, as well as Safeway, two fast food joints, sit down restaurants, and ample parking. – Eben Lindsey
This place has what I need to finish my shopping. Verizon is also here to handle my cellphone and smart watch issues. The jeweler there helps with watch battery replacement and Chase Bank is there too. – Lisa Bradford
