I’m not much of a frequent flier but I’m going to consider just using them in general. The longest I waited is because the person before me was older than the idea of insurance. Otherwise they always fill for me on the spot. Oh and playing 20 questions was fun when I was 5 but I question why I let CVS have the upper hand if the doctor calls and says to fill a different dose. Wow; it was a first for me…a woman named Kathleen or Katherine, had always been a little rough around the edges, but she yelled at me and more or less told me not to come back!? Not good for business; she should try being nice or at least be respectful; especially working at a pharmacy, where most people frequenting the place don’t feel good. Needless to say I will never go back; think twice before you use the pharmacy at this location; being berated by a pharmacy employee does not make you feel better. And I was sugary nice until our conversation was over; I never stooped to her level. – Angelina Ricci

Broad range of medical supplies in addition to a speedy and well-stocked pharmacy. They also sell vitamins and gift items. I love the service here. Have been going here since 2010 or so. Several helpful tips I can contribute; first, I found Knollwood Pharmacy thru Mapquest because I searched there for post offices. Turns out, yes, they do have a “contract” post office on the premises, & I was able to get my money order & mail it; very happy with the service & convenience. The second issue is at least on my Samsung Galaxy4 phone, Google maps shows Knollwood Pharmacy in the shopping center on the SE corner of Balboa & San Fernando Mission Blvd whereas it is actually in the shopping center on the North side of San Fernando Mission Blvd in the short row of shops facing SFM Blvd (not facing Balboa). – Kevin Coffman
