This use to be a great pharmacy, but in the last year it is so bad.
The last 3 visits were not ready when they said they would be. We’re talking 1 hour this last time when after I follow up call by me to verify it would be ready. Nope!
The time before. get this. I’m in the store, and they say it’s ready I go to the counter and they said oh sorry. It will be ready in 30 minutes. I’m being pleasant but have a migraine and vertigo and they know it. I come back in 30 minutes and they said they were out. I mean how is this happening. The time before it was 30 minutes after confirmed ready. The time before that 15. Prior to that they were very slow. But years prior never this way.
Today I called it quits at this store. A shame! – Mike Richter
