Feedback / comparison on these two anti fungal medications?
Need to use either one to treat Microsporum Canis. Was using Fluconazole but that one is resistant to M. Canis type of ringworm.
Treatment success?Duration in clearing the skin?Side effects?

I've used terbinifine with great success. Usually do at least a month.

Only used it 3 times in 3 related dogs, but it worked well and much cheaper than other oral antifungals. No side effects. Cleared a particularly nasty infection, along with a very diligent owner doing lots of cleaning/disinfection of the house.

Do you have any recommendation for disinfection of the house?

Went with Terbinafine, it's suppose to be the one that kills ringworm. The others stop the growth.
