Tiffany was Absolutely amazing . She not only gave excellent customer service but went the extra mile to get my medication transferred over to their location. Without her I would still be sick and without my medication through the night . Thank you so much ???? – Danielle Garcia

I like CVS just hate the customer service here,it sucks. The cashier Anthony was horrible and you can tell he does not appreciate his job. I’ve been to other CVS that make you feel welcome this is not one them. So if you shop here, it’s good if you know what you need! Employees here are not helpful. – Lynnette Wilson

I actually liked this location until today. I walked in and was going to buy flu medicine and I walk up to the restroom and there is a dumb sign stating only pharmacy picks up are able to use the restroom? How is that okay? Or even a thing? Most ubsurd thing I’ve seen all day. To make matters worse, I asked if I was still able to use it and the associate literally asked if I was waiting for my prescription and I proceeded to say no that I was buying flu medicine. She didn’t let me in. This is a dumb sign that should not even be there in the first place. – Kathleen P

I want to give them 0 star, they even not qualified for one star. The Pharmacist Hao Truong gave wrong dosage instruction, be careful everybody, make sure to check before taking any medicine. When we went back on next day, the female assistant was so rude and mean, they don’t really feel apologized for that. – shanny xia

I went in to drop off my prescription. They told me they didnt have my medication & they would have to order it. It will be ready the next day after 4pm. Later that same day, i recieved a txt saying it was ready so i called to make sure it was ready. They told me it wasnt ready & they will call me tomorrow after 4pm, so i could pick it up. With today, its been 3 days. I havent got a call, text or my medication!!! – Karen Cardenas

tl;dr Apple Pay/Android Pay won’t work if your CC has a chip. Besides that, we’d be good.

Don’t rely on Apple Pay, Android Pay or any other NFC/tap-to-pay feature from your phone when you come here. This is the first time I’ve experienced this since they brought the feature back to CVS terminals, but the payment was rejected and forced me to insert my credit card BECAUSE IT HAD A CHIP. I understand this is for security, but for whom is the protection for? (Hint: merchants)

These days almost all credit cards (by law) should have a chip in them. If it becomes standard practice to force inserting a credit card with a chip, NFC payments will become useless. I like my “virtual” cards because it protects my info from phishing scams by keeping it away from merchants’ machines (remember how Target got hacked a few years back?). And it’s convenient. The chip system alone doesn’t provide the same level of security to protect me (US doesn’t use chip and PIN).

I’m only compelled to write this review because certain merchants have tried to stifle these types of transactions for years. Back when Android Pay was Google Wallet, CVS (and others) stopped the payments because they were trying to promote their own payment system called CurrentC (mainly to ensure they’d have your info). Something similar seems to be happening again…

Besides that, my experience would’ve been ok, though. – Chandler Cruz

Definitely improved since last time I was here (Which was few years ago, due to an unpleasant experience with one of their staff members). Maybe I was lucky to stop when there weren’t many people here, so the visit went smooth, and the staff was helpful. – Tarim Libon

I am writing this review because I find this Pharmacy to be a joke. They not only give the wrong prescriptions, incorrect dosage and 9 out of 10 times when I go to pick up a prescription it is not ready or they say that they never called! I have moved to the Von’s Pharmacy……. I need someone that I can trust – Jane Garcia

I been going to cvs for a while now I only had one problem and that was in the pharmacy department I was not in line and one of the stuff pulls 2 people in front of me she say because they were waiting for a while so I told them that not right but they still did – Monique Reyes

I just recently moved to COVINA, thus changing my mom’s Rx to CVS. I am so disappointed with the quality of service rendered at the pharmacy dept. I had questions and needed clarification regarding the process of transferring all of my mom’s medical. The tech appeared to be bothered with my questions, she placed me on hold then the pharmacist came to the phone and with an authoritative voice answered what she believed my question was. She appeared to be inpatient and belittling tone. CVS should assess their customer service. – Liz Espinoza

Pharmacist Cheryl made my mom wait for 20 minutes for her prescription when she was ready to pick up made her get back in line to wait another 15 minutes bad customer service. Older Hispanic man was waiting as well for more than 20 minutes as well looks like she was doing it on purpose. No line what stop ever. Racist – fredy valenzuela
