Friendly staff, they fill prescriptions within an hour. They have re-filled my prescriptions 30mins before closing which no other pharmacy has ever done. Usually greeted with a smile and hello as soon as I walk through the door. The staff are usually great at the store and pharmacy. Just make sure not to need the pharmacy to call your insurance for you because they won’t, but then tell you they did. – Amy Graves

I have been a customer here for years. The pharmacy techs and most of the pharmacists are wonderful, and advocate for customers they know when they’re being put through the ringer and treated poorly by a newer pharmacist. RX directions have been changed without physicians consent, stepping outside their scope by asking for sensitive medical information the pharmacist is not entitled to from the physician (yes, he let them know they were stepping outside their scope). Aside from one employee, this is my favorite CVS. – Alexandria’s Circus

Went to pick up a couple prescriptions on November 13th around 12. Spent about 20 minutes in the pharmacy line. When I got to the counter, the woman hardly spoke to me. Mostly spoke to the employee and customer in the line beside us. I had to say excuse me many times, each time louder just to get her attention. It was ridiculous. She was so busy with her conversation she didn’t give me my cash back that I had requested. Once I returned, the woman apologized, explained how the process worked, and remedied the situation. – Tyana Vasquez

The pharmacist and staff go above and beyond to make sure your needs are satisfied. I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend this office for all your pharmacy needs. It also has the added convenience of being able to get your shopping done at target – Jose Lopez

CVS Pharmacy

Address: 1102 N Demaree St, Visalia, CA 93291

Phone: (559) 738-8629

Rating: 3.3 out of 5 stars (3.3 / 5)

The staff is great and has been since they opened. What has changed is that the next closest CVS closed its doors which has displaced that store’s mostly poor Clientele. This CVS is now overrun with too many clients and the store is not equipped to handle the sheer amount of prescriptions it has to fill daily. They suffer from over work and not enough staff to get it right in a timely manner. I feel for them, but we
will be moving our prescriptions. – Paul Raheb

Pitiful, pitiful, pitifully horrible pharmacy, terrible service, they couldn’t care less, they seem to hire zombie employees. – Seagoat69 Lliamcat

Just needs to be improved on customer service When you picking up prescriptions the Waiting is to long – VICTORIA GARZA
