Just went because they were close (after seeing all the bad reviews,) but they were fast, friendly and efficient, processed five prescriptions within 30 minutes and were knowledgeable. Not sure how I got so lucky, (maybe all these other folks are loopy and off their meds?) – Ian Douglas

My Husband got his Td shot here. We signed in after reaching there, Wait was for 15 minutes. The Nurse was really pleasant and informative. It was a good experience. But they should have a waiting room. – Debasmita Paul

A concept that combines a large pharmacy with a super. Especially, if you join a member, you get a $ 3 cash coupon every time you buy a certain amount, and buy water 2 and cola 1 for $ 1.95 ^ ^ – YS Kim

The wait at Pharmacy is always too long ! Always a long line . you have four employees behind counter , and one behind counter ! And maybe one of them has good customer service . – Keith Browning

The pharmacy crew here truly care about customer service and satisfaction and do very well considering the incredible volume they handle. Employees go above and beyond with outreach calls and walking customers to the product they are looking for. – Carol Groves

Great place. I don’t know what these other people are talking about. Helpful staff and pharmacists. I get a prescription filled every month without fail. Thanks employees of CVS. You are great. – Mitchell Geroy

Reviews:

Some of the employees are rude to me. The black lady was so pleasant to the person ahead of me but applied none of her customer service skills while helping me and fell far below CVS standards and my expectations. I am not a time waster. I walk up and tell them the information they need to know before they even ask but somehow she had no patience for me. This woman had a bad attitude and I almost complained. Pharmacy technical difficulties. – Summer Brown

CVS is just like most pharmacies that I have visited in the last few years. During peak times, they are too busy and you have to wait and wait and wait. If you go to their website and confirm your order, then it is so much easier. Also, go when most people do not and you will be OK. – Greg Celaya

The store itself has friendly staff and I would give it a separate rating if I could. The pharmacy is problem though. Whenever my medication is set for auto refill it’s not ready on the day or time it’s supposed to be according to the mobile app. Using the automated phone system to refill is problematic too. When my prescriptions are ready I sometimes get no text alerts which I am signed up for and once an alert came in less than five minutes after I picked up my prescription. – Chaise Rasheed

CVS Pharmacy

Phone: (805) 493-2894

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars (2 / 5)

Reviews:

Every time I have used the pharmacy the folks look and act overworked. Customer Service seems to suffer. – Armen Moloian

This pharmacy is pretty awful. The younger female pharmacist in her 30’s is so unbelievably rude. She should be fired just for how she conducted herself on the phone alone. You can tell she absolutely hates her job and all the customers she has to help as well. But there is one very nice lady pharmacist that does work there which is the reasoning on why I gave this 2 stars instead of 1. She is kind and helpful, a bit older than the rude pharmacist with dark hair, for those who are reading this that want to be able to identity the actual helpful employee at the pharmacy. – Alexandria Engel

The staff is typically friendly. Short wait. However, they have not given me enough of medication for my son who is now 21 months old on a couple of occasions. I told them right after I got it that it doesn’t look like enough. They said it was and here I am out of my son’s medication. So frustrating. – anna luetta
