My doctor called in my meds but they were not filled. I was new to the pharmacy and when I called to verify my meds filled (two non-narcotics) they said they didn’t want to fill it until they talked to my doctor even though they had been in possession of the scripts for a whole week. This was extremely frustrating because we were waiting to go out of town & this was the sole thing holding up what should have been a quick errand. Finally my doctor called me and said it was taken care of however when I went up to the pharmacy they insisted they got no call from my doctor. I had to walk outside on my cane to make yet another call. Finally about an hour in filled them while everyone waited. Then to add insult to injury the pharmacist told me not to fill my meds there anymore because I had “cussed her out on the phone” when nothing of the sort had occurred. She struck me as the type of pharmacist I’ve see being bred more and more often as late… They think that since they CAN override any doctors scripts that they SHOULD. – Jana Custer

Worst pharmacy experience. Needed pain pills after surgery, they said it would be 1 day. I was in so much pain, then they said they were out of my prescription for a week! She kept asking me why I needed my prescription. At this point pain meds no longer necessary. Got my doctor to switch to walgreens. – Cat Wouters

LIARS!
If you turn in a hard copy (paper)prescription from the doctor and they are out of the medicine, DON’T let them tell you that you cannot have your prescription back! They lied to my husband saying that since his medicine was govnt. controlled he couldn’ get his written presciption back-that he would have to wait a few days until THEY get it in. BULL! GO TO WALGREENS-we have switched! – Allie Nelson

They lost my prescription after telling me it wasn’t ready yet so I had to go back with the hard copy and they still couldn’t find it! Incompetent doesn’t begin to describe this inept pharmacy. – em w

Every time I drop off my proscription they give me a time. And I always make sure to come at least an hour after that time, but it’s never ready. Example today I dropped my medication prescription off at 12pm. She told me it would be ready at 2:30pm. I showed up at 3:50pm and she said it wasn’t ready. Then told me it would be another 15-20 Min wait. This is the only location that will do this. It’s very inconvenient. – Kenzie horner

Slow service so slow, I usually dont go there , but, had no choice they were the only pharmacy that had what I needed – leslie kenefic

Needs more pharmacy workers. How many times have I waited 15+ minutes in the drive thru or even inside? Too many. Time for me to look into switching pharmacies.

Edit: have switched to the pharmacy next door. Much better. They had 5 working on their pharmacy at the same time of day, and were very nice. The CVS employees were also generally nice, but just not enough, and I was always getting the impression that they were cutting costs at the expense of the customer. Bye, CVS… Been a long ride, but it is over. – Brian Eisemann

The photolab has terrible quality prints and doesnt take responsibility for the shotty printing. Also the manager is extreamly disrespectful. Customer service is not a priority, however, putting the blame on you for any inconviences and bad work on their behalf they stress. Will not be returning to this one again. – Melody san marco

Called and put on hold even though i waited 4 hours to get my sons pain meds for his surgery”no call or text”. When i called i was put on hold even though i said no. Emily is unprofessional. 10 year old and being cut open to have to wait for that long. I did give other temporary pain medication like Tylenol. It did not give much comfort. I am really upset. – Daina B

Why, why, why do you have your recorded message call me to tell me my prescription is ready to pick up, then, when I get there it is NEVER ready!!?
It has not been submitted for refill, it’s not in the system and obviously NOT ready for me to pick up! If I wanted to wait 45 minutes, I would just walk in cold and ask for a refill. This happens repeatedly and yes I have complained politely and not so politely, but it continues to happen.

I will say that everyone is very nice. But, you need a better ‘system’. – T.A. Orr

Terrible! The blonde lady at the pharmacy purposely ignored me and waited on the drive through customers AND phone customers while I stood waiting.
I was the only person in line and the only customer who took the time to come into the store to pick up my prescription. Go anywhere else but here! – Ronel Roselien

Terrible customer service. Go to HEB across the street where they have common sense policies that are customer focused. – Kirk Moore

Bought some CVS brand kettle popcorn; it is laden with sugar, tastes horrible. Went back the following morning to return -I had eaten one of three bags. Clerks and manager did not accept my official ID from my country -said they could not refund the purchase if I did not have a US drivers license or passport. So much for a money back guarantee on their products. All of $3 dollars worth. Am not returning and will ask my sister to change pharmacy for her prescriptions.

Maybe a little training on other types of ID and criteria as to the amounts that warrant being so picky with the policy is in line to avoid this type of situation that only hurt a brand. Good luck. – Alejandro Cárdenas González
