The have so many things that the other department in Soledad didn’t have; although each have a nice warming environment – Lourdes Medina

I have been going CVS Sierra hwy in Canyon Country for about ten years and I have always had a plesant I and friendly service. I always greeted with a hi or hello. I’ve never had any problems and I always received my prescriptions ( about 12) with absolutely no bad issues or delays. .I take alot of heart medicine and blood thinners due to my heart condition and blood clot disorder. They even notify my Drs to send in new prescriptions. I would never change my pharmacy. – Eva Hicks

I entered the parking lot at 8:47 PM and watched somebody close the window shade in the drive through pharmacy. As I pulled into the bay, I heard the recording assure me that somebody would be with me shortly. I know they’re often helping people in the store, so I wait patiently for someone to greet me through the intercom. After about 5 minutes, I press the button and hear the same prerecorded message saying that somebody will be with me shortly. I wait a few more minutes before pressing the button and waiting again.

At 9:02 PM I called the main number for the store and spoke to a young lady. I told her I had been waiting in the pharmacy drive through for 15 minutes. She told me that the pharmacy closed at 9 PM, but would check to see if anyone was still there. To my surprise, she said the pharmacy was empty. Somebody closed up shop and went home 13 minutes early. If you’re having a slow day at the pizza shop or jewelry store, it’s not a big deal to close up early. But when you’re working for the largest pharmacy chain in the United States and your website says you’re open until 9, you don’t have that luxury. People rely on their pharmacy to get their prescriptions and they sometimes make arrangements to get there before closing. Not cool. – Koren Young

I always fill my Rx here. I had an issue years back, but when I spoke to the Rx Manager it got resolved. No issues since then, I will continue to go there. – SUBRO GURU

This pharmacy was open late when needed, but did not easily answer the phone. It seemed understaffed. When I got there they said their computers were down and could not process payment from my insurance. I had to pay cash. They said I had to come back the next day to get my money back but I was driving through town and not going to be coming back. I later wrote to the store and submitted all my info and the nice person sent me a money order!! Thank you CVS – Larry Cronin

Always helpful and polite — even when customers were rude and impatient. This is not a 24 hour and this is NOT the fault of the staff. There are 2 24 hour pharmacies I’m aware of in Santa Clarita, maybe 3. People with small kiddos need to find out AHEAD of time where these are so you are ready when you need something in middle of the night. One more thing, these people put the people who are in line FIRST over the phone. If you are on the phone, you need to learn to be patient. A+ – Michele Coombe

If I could I would give this pharmacy 0 stars. The pharmacist that goes by the name of “Sophie” treated me with the most disrespect I have ever been treated with in customer service in my entire life. I will never go to this pharmacy again. EVER. – Lucas Hobizal

The staff does not do their job well, they make you wait a long time for a medication they do not have. They do not speak to you clearly, being able to say from the beginning that they do not have it and so they do not waste your time. – Erika Flores

I have been harassed by both pharmacist that work here! I had to refills for a prescription and they Literally erased them from their files/database! I have a copy of this prescription! I am on shelter in place in a different state and requested my refills here! When I tried to get my refills I was told they weren’t there! But, the pharmacist got in phone and said they had been found, they had been put on hold! Now I’m trying to fill this prescription and ‘wow’ they are gone again! This is my health we are talking about here! BTW I would give 0 stars if I could! ???????????? – Rebecca smith
