Have had my prescriptions filled at the Target San Ramon Pharmacy for 15+ years now. I get texts when my prescriptions are ready to be picked up. How much easier can it get? Great job Target. – Maureen Senoff

Super convenient to have CVS Pharmacy inside Target. Plus there are specifically-tied Target promotions with getting your Rxs filled or getting your flu shot there instead of going to a regular stand-alone CVS Pharmacy down Bollinger at The Marketplace Shopping Center, such as getting a $5 Target coupon for getting your flu shot or for ever 10 prescriptions filled here you will receive a $5 Target coupon. Plus you can conveniently get your flu shot during Target store hours. – Karen V Chin

Reviews:

The most friendliest and helpful CVS Pharmacy I have shopped at in the Bay Area. When I walk into this store, if the sales clerk is not ringing up a customer, I am immediately greeted with a “Hello.” Sometimes, when I am walking down the aisle one of the clerks will come up to me and ask “are you looking for something?” unsolictly. This does not happen to me at other CVS Pharmacys. – Karen V Chin

Always have a great customer service and friendly helpful. One of my favorite places to shopping for beauty, snacks,..
If I ask for something I couldn’t find it, associates come to the items and show me. Thank you for hardworking to have a high customer service. – Ppp Af

People at the pharmacy are extremely rude and arrogant. They just don’t like to talk if you have any question or query. The staff at the pharmacy is obnoxious & have no empathy towards patients. However, the store staff is different and found them good. – Arpita Pal

The over the counter meds at cvs is more expensive than Walmart or target. $10 and more for oral gel here but the same med $5 at Walmart. – Rebecca Stonnington

Prices are way too high. Buy one at reg price, the next one half off. Issue is the first one is twice as much as other competing stores.

Do I really need 4 miles of paper for a receipt? To make me come back to save a few bucks??

Longs was awesome back in the day. – Woppini

After 15 years as a customer, I will no longer use this cvs for my prescriptions , all week I have been trying to get prescription I’ve refilled for many years , as of today I’m completely out of my medicine , I tried calling , was on hold for over 1 Hour only to be disconnected, dialed again , was on hold for over one hour , called store main number, I was transferred back to pharmacy, once again , I finally hung up , got tired of waiting , will miss Allen for his great service , but it is not worth my time or frustration, I will go to another pharmacy that wants my business

Today (April 25, 2020) I was at CVS on 2455 San Ramon Valley Blvd. The cashier puts his mask to down and wiped his nose with his hands. He was sweating and his nose was running. I am worried, because I think he can not work this way. The service was ok, but I worried if he was healthy. – Alessandra

Worst CVS Pharmacy ever. Slow pharmacists that take forever getting one prescription, even after they have notified you it is ready for pickup. – Lily A

Tried charging my wife over 100 dollars for 20 dollars worth of drugs. Transferred the prescription to another pharmacy.

Have had multiple bad experiences with this pharmacy. Wife likes to go here because the location is convenient. Not anymore. – Mark Brn
