I love CVS especially this location! The staff here is so helpful snd very friendly.
This is one of the larger CVS stores around and they carry almost everything.

This is a great drug store, well organized, pretty large location. The manager works really hard at this store, I have seen a lot of improvements since she has been here. Staff is friendly and welcomes you to the store. – Deborah Pichaikul

I boycotted CVS pharmacy a few years ago in San Diego because their staff was rude, slow, and unprofessional. Those guys in this particular pharmacy are such sweethearts! Completely the opposite from those in my past experience. During my wife’s pregnancy, they took good care of us. Their follow up skills with our doctors, health insurance, and us was exceptional. Keep up the good work ladies! – Mohammad Alqarawi
I love the staff at this pharmacy. They are always smiling and pleasant. They know my name and always ask how I’m doing. I want to know how they’re doing, too. 🙂 Such nice and extremely competent. – Babette Nahmias
The Pharmacists and Satff are second to none. They know me by name, they take time to ask how I’m doing and make me feel at home. I would not go anywhere else. This pharmacy gets a 15 from 1 to 10. – Pia Siegman

There have been times when they’re out of the particular medicine I need, but otherwise they’re good. – Andrew England
I always have to come different days because one day the medicine is more expensive than others.
While in other pharmacies metformin hydrochloride costs $ 4.00 per month here it costs up to $ 17.00. – Melvin Aguilar
I have been going here for a year. Half of the time my prescriptions are late.
I called Dec. 18th and requested my monthly prescription; as per usual, I call two days later to make sure this CVS didn’t forget; because, they usually forget…
As foretold, this CVS had forgotten. There was a temp, filling on the 20th, when I called back.
She told me, “I don’t know anything, because I don’t work here normally.” She called the wrong office earlier and told me “Your doctor doesn’t exist,” and I gave her the number again. She then said “Your doctor is out until Monday” she added that she would leave a note to call on Monday, Christmas Eve…
Now I am 5 days past my first call, 3 days without medicine.
It’s currently, Monday the 24th and I call in low hopes; because, it is Christmas Eve. Nobody had made a call and It was 2:50pm.
I called back at 3:30pm, I would have to wait another two days for this CVS to call my doctor once more.
Needless to say, this pharmacy screwed me over for the last time.
Your office is completely incompetent.

The store staff( i am not sure if she’s the manager) here in CVS store along Reseda Blvd. and Chase is not really nice. The employee( a very nice one) forgot to scan my other coupon, She called her for help when she reached the counter she looked at me not smiling look at the receipt and asked “is the coupon inside you’re purse?” What the heck? If it’s inside my purse or not you need to address the customer in a nice way not with an attitude, if you don’t like your job look for another one that will make you happy so you will feel great and help people in a nice way. The store is nice and big and the parking is good. That staff need to improved her customer service. – Adel San
I came in with two separate prescription pages. One with a narcotic for pain and the other with non narcotic medications. The pharmacist wasn’t able to fill the narcotic at that particular time, which was fine. It wasn’t critical that I get it right at that moment. But then he proceeds to tell me that he won’t fill the others and that I should take it all in at the same time because it would “look funny” to take them separately. How does that even make sense? If it were the other way around I could understand but I want concerned with the narcotic. It was almost 6 pm on a Sunday night and I just wanted to go home with the medication that I could have had filled. – Jennifer Wheeless
Good customer care. For all your home medical over the counter supplies, this is a good location to buy from. Parking is ample. Place closes at 10pm so be mindful of that. There’s a drive through which is probably 24 hours but you’d need to call to figure that out. Happy shopping with CVS 🙂 – Rogers Besigye
