I purchased several hygiene products at this location alone during the day of the sun being visible & at night while realising some literal difference’s as sale’s & corrolation’s & orientation’s of exponential’s of literal service’s! The service was at par during the event’s! – RAYMOND EARL WATSON JUNIOR

Very large CVS store. Friendly staff. Lots of parking space inside the complex. I usually buy hair care and body care items from here. Large collections of hair and makeup items. Collection of ladies accessories available. – Harsha Shibu

Went there to buy Claritin… recommended to m by the pharmist but does not seems to work…no Zrytec available. – Raymond Ng

Customer experience is hit & miss. Almost always takes way too long to check out. The CVS coupon system is cumbersome. Who wants a 2 foot long receipt you need to look over & bring back in to redeem a discount on designated items? – Marilyn Ritter

A small CVS store. I usually pick medicine from here. Parking inside the building. Some of the pharmacy staff were very rude and not approachable. But others are very helpful and answer to our questions and concerns. – Harsha Shibu

I don’t see why it takes more than two days to fill common prescription. Don’t assume they’ve filled your prescription just because they’ve had multiple days to, you should still call ahead and double-check. – Laine Herron

Target Pharmacy
555 Showers Dr, Mountain View, CA 94040
Quality: Excellent Appeal: Very good Service: Poor to fair

Somehow I stumbled upon the above review of mine just now. I have no idea how it happened. I don’t remember at all I gave such a review. I’ve never used Pharmacy in this Target, if I remember correctly. Rather odd. – Tom Zhang

Staff can use some training on customer satisfaction, if CVS even has that program. I tried this place because it is already inside Target while shopping. Now, I’d rather go a few miles farther to Walgreens than deal with this CVS’ staff at this location. – Cesar Agustus

I bought a Glucose meter and while in the store, I decided to just return it since Walgreens has better priced strips. The Asian guy on the counter insisted that anything bought from CVS pharmacy cannot be returned because they cannot sell it again, so he said. I told him that it was not even 5 minutes I walked away and came back and the box is offcourse unopened. So I did not argue any further but I am not buying from this store again. They use Target receipt which says I should be allowed to return the merchandise since I have not left the store yet nor opened the box. – Praetorian Centurion

Phone: (650) 941-8430

Very slow service.

Expect to spend at least 30 minutes here, even if the store is empty. All of the staff moves in a very leisurely manner and is clearly in no rush to do anything. If you’re in a rush go elsewhere – CVS in downtown mountain view is 2-3 times faster. – Ivan Smirnov

I went there 5 times just try to get my prescription, but they do not release all information , so spend whole week and still can not get my prescription. Just gave up on this store, switch to Walgreen instead. terrible services – Robert Tan

This place is pretty ghetto – customer service at the pharmacy could be better and you wait in line a lot at the checkout. Curtis is a good clerk though! – Kerry Howe

CVS Pharmacy

Phone: (650) 969-6297

Rating: 2.3 out of 5 stars (2.3 / 5)

The staff are nice. But the store implements discriminatory policies against students who make up a majority of their business. – Kellen Riley

I just call the store to get some info before I head over there. The guy picked up my phone was super rude. He answered my first question and immediately hung up on me before I can ask my follow up question. – W Wa

Wasted more than two hours with multiple calls between the pharmacy and the insurance. Insurance twice confirmed everything was fine on their end, twice the pharmacist was unable to get it in their system OR DIRECTLY WITH THE INSURANCE. Finally called Walmart pharmacy — they found the insurance immediately! After transferring the prescriptions to Walmart, on the next day CVS texted me they confirmed my insurance. Sadly, incompetent personnel – Tony Koinov
