Pharmacist on duty was truly AMAZING. She went above and beyond to get my husband rx from walgreens after the 30 min to an hour run around from walgreens. She processed it right away. She ROCKS! Her customer service is extraordinaire!!!! – Marquita Archie

One of the best pharmacy experiences! Truly a great staff that works tremendously hard to give the best for their customers. 10/10 recommend this pharmacy. – Elena Koumbias

the cashier Dave. is racist with Hispanics does not like to apply the Crts that gives us the same store, much less the coupons, is extremely racist. – Alejandra o

Night shift cashier David has a nasty attitude. Daytime female cashier can’t speak without rolling her eyes. Much better CVS locations in the area. – venusflytripp

Way too overpriced, almost 7.00 for a 24pk of Ozarka waters was the deal of the week. Walmart is right across the street. Save your money – S Kirby

I love the amount of NYX makeup they offers at this CVS..its the most I have seen out there. Also, this CVS is right by our home. – Nora T. Conner

We have been CVS customers for over 10 store #7346 at 528 in Fwd.
Recently we transferred our scripts to #7821 at 5002 W. Main in League City.
The pharmacy manager on 528 mishandled a refill and would not admit his error
instead blamed both my husband and myself. The pharmacy personnel at the
Main St.location have been both courteous and professional. At this time I would
highly recommend this location.
Regarding generic drugs, the prescribing doctor writes the script and the pharmacy
fills as written as I understand it. – Reckie Rizzo

Go to Walgreens next door because this CVS is unorganized, dirty, has junk in the isle and the drink coolers are always broken. – christopher elstad

Very disappointed in this pharmacy! I recently received medications from here and the pharmacist was not helpful nor did anyone explain to me anything about my drugs. Big thumbs down for me, I’ll be going back to my primary pharmacy! – Amanda Webb

I have always shopped at cvs because I live so close to it and never really had an issue until today. I went in to buy some sterile cvs gauze 8×4 and product is advertised 75% off (clearance). The original price of product is $2.09 with 75% off is $0.52. There are other gauzes (cvs brand) that are also marked 75% off. I was buying 12, so when I take them up front they are ringing up original price I tell the cashier about the tag that says they are $.52 and we both go back and check the tag in fact confirm that they are supposed to be $.52. So she called her manager sherra , at home, And explains the situation but the manager tells her she can’t honor the price because the tags were supposed to have been taken down and they weren’t. As a customer that is not my fault that the tags weren’t taken down. I have been to that CVs three different days prior to today In those tags were already there. So I asked to speak with someone else who was working at the store and not from home and the cashier called up another coworker of hers And I explain to her what is going on so we go back to check the tag she confirms the tag is correct And checks the price with her mobile scanner which shows The original price on all three products that are marked 75% off. She tells me she will honor it because that’s what the tag says but when she goes to the front the other cashier tells her that she shouldn’t do that because the store manager Sherra Lamp will get upset. I understand the cashiers for not wanting to get in trouble. Who I don’t understand is the store manager. Two employees confirmed the Tags were correct, so how can she not honor it ? Specially since those tags have been up there for days !! It is misleading you the customers and that’s making the customers pay for their mistakes of not taking down the signs. It’s doesn’t make sense to me. – Loida Benitez

The store was clean the staff were friendly. Especially Sherra the store manager. She was very helpful and considerate, I had multiple transactions and she took her time. I really appreciated her service and I will be returning to this location again. – Khristina Garza

I never would’ve noticed how many bad reviews for with this pharmacy until I wanted to write one myself …. if you’re on an auto mated medication their automated messages will drive you nuts then if you call them to tell them to stop they tell you you have to call a phone number where no one ever answers the number ! – Renee Curry

This is the WORST CVS. If you have an extra care card and try to use extra bucks or coupons they only work 1/10 times if even that. The men employees are rude and disrespectful too. Sucks because this cvs is so close to me. Take your business to Walgreens across the street or drive to the CVS off egret bay and highway 96. – Julie B

Slightly rude, and very impatient attitude from the skinny pale blonde girl at the pharmacy. Also, as I stood there while being helped, the phone started to ring while three employees just continued to do whatever they were doing. After a while it started saying there were two calls, then three. SOMEONE ANSWER THE PHONE! – UNKNOWN UNKNOWN
