Essential neighborhood store with nice, long-tenured employees. Perfectly located in bird rock where neighbors shop multiple times a week. Underground parking if needed. This place is a convenient life-saver for families in bird rock. – James Roeske

Looking for some items, we had not one, but 2 associates greet us with smiles and offer to provide assistance and walked us to the location! 🙂 – Gregory Warren

The pharmacist aren’t always nice when explaining things and if they have to go out of their way to speak to a doctor or anything they can get rude. You also have to wait and hour if they’re all on lunch break together. – Lauren Shalane Shaw

Good experience. Neat place. Have lots of baby care products, prescription medicines, cosmetics, laundry, detergents and lots of day today use things besides just medicines. But I find the price are on the higher side than what you can find in a supermarket pharmacy. – yamuna mohanram

Super expensive and really unfriendly pharmacy people. A lot of the other associates are pretty friendly. There is however one employee who I see often, a young woman who I think is a manager, who no matter what weather always has REALLY low cut shirts on. Like, full cleavage out… and it kind of makes me uncomfortable when she rings me up, although she’s nice enough. – Cadence S.

Large store, lots of parking, but a long wait for our prescription. Even, after it was sent in by UCSD hospital. – M J

This is a decent CVS but on numerous occasions they have been understaffed and I have had to wait in a long line to be checked out. Some of their cashiers are extremely unprofessional and almost talk trash and complain about other customers being the problem when things go wrong or their technology isn’t working. On two occasions in this past week their chip card reader was broken and I had to return all of my items to the shelves without a single “sorry for this inconvenience” or offer to put the items back for me. Customer service could definitely be improved but their products are good. – Brooke Schutta

Has become a sorry pharmacy. They gave me a wrong prescription, called 10 times, either they did not pick up the phone of put me on hold for 15 minutes before disconnecting. I will definitely will transfer to a different pharmacy. – Massoud Moussighi

Brought in a prescription for three items. Waited about 15 minutes. Took a long time to pay because pharmacist couldn’t work checkout machine. Then only two of the three items were there. Pharmacist went back to prescription and acknowledged there were three items on it. Didn’t apologize or anything. Waited another 15 minutes for third item. OK store for buying makeup or sunscreen but take prescriptions elsewhere. – Roger Kirk
