Forget your towel/swimsuit/frisbee/etc? No worries this place will more likely than not have you covered. You’re not getting the best best deals in the world but it’s hard to find something you couldn’t use in this store. – David Dedios
Thought they were very nice and very helpful, could use more variety of things, and price is a bit high, otherwise, a good place to grab few things – Sam bak World Traveler
Well stocked store in a great location. This is a very well stocked store, it is most likely twice as large as your CVS at home. You should find everything you need here. I thought the folks were friendly, and the prices were on par with what you would pay at home. – Stephanie Manley

Prices are high and the bathroom was in awful condition from the tourists. Otherwise, a clean store to grab something quick. – Jennifer Curvin
A great store to stock up and save on vacation to Key West.
This is one of three CVS stores on Duvall street. This one is very centrally located along Duvall street and well stocked. The store is clean and the staff is always friendly!
Be sure to have your CVS Extracard card or get one. You get great savings on the products that are on sale and even get coupons for up to 40% off items with the card. It is better to spend that money on more fun things in Key West. Stock up! – Glenn Morgan
Saturday the 31th March 2018, staff is mostly short if the cleaning crew leave early, they put an OUT OF SERVICE sign in bathrooms, but don’t let you use the staff bathroom , second time happen to me in this location plus in principle this is no fair, customers should always come first – Eudaldo del Valle

It is unreal that an item can have a sale tag on it, so you buy it vs something else you would have preferred at regular price, but the checker rings it up as regular price too (same product different variety). Then when you mention the sale price she acts as if “I already rang it up, you are seriously wanting me to change it?”. The item was 20 ft from the register where she could have checked the sale price, but did not budge toward it. I just let it go and had bought two items for regular price, losing about $3. No big deal, but really poor customer service. And no gratitude that she did not have to check the price or re-ring it. Just nothing at all. Good grief. – Patricia Dziuk
CVS N. Roosevelt. Store #1274.
The store itself & employees are just fine.
As for the pharmacy that’s a whole different story.
I WAS a long time customer.
October 2018 the CVS manager decided to “Clean House” in the Pharmacy. Getting rid of long time professional, courteous & on there game Pharmacist & Tech’s.
1st, Only to replace
Manager/Pharmacist with a new young out of school punk! Who is rude, talks down to people & could care less about there health issue & why needing precise information regarding there medication is extremely important. We would not be picking up medication if it was not prescribed by a doctor in the 1st place. Taking medication for an illness was not our choice!
As for the NEW Pharmacist assistant’s. They are no better. When a sick person is on hold for 10 minutes + when calling the pharmacy the very last thing is to be treated like I’m bothering them. Maybe I am, to get my medication! Nothing more nothing less.
So for all you newbie’s at CVS # 1274 N. Roosevelt Blvd.
Get your act together or leave so a caring professional who truly wants the job can have it.
The same goes for the manager of store # 1274…
Being sick sucks! The last thing a sick person needs is to go pick up needed prescribed medication from a Doctor be treated disrespectful.
Serious customer service issues must be addressed by the manager of store # 1274 regarding the pharmacy dept. immediately. – Captain Mike Helm
