Fortunately their pharmacy is open 24h and I succeeded to get my drugs.
It takes longer than usual in night shift because just one person works in pharmacy department. – Sarmen Tavoosi
Usually has exactly what you want. Standard pricing most items (not including pharmacy..I use another pharmacy). Friendly staff most often. Beware if peak hours. 4pm to 7 ish. Weekend is just plain busy! They are equipped with ATM, LOTTERY MACHINE, PHOTO,3 MONEY ORDERS AND FRESH FLOWERS! I prefer this store to Rite Aid.. Many things seem a bit more expensive there. Example?.. shampoo, soap, detergents, vitamins… Ouch! If it we’re just a few cents.. no bother but a few bucks matters… to me anyway. ALSO LADIES: there is Sylvia. A lovely helpful lady focused primarily on cosmetics and popular fragrances, cleansers toners.. the works! – Mina Delgado

Probably the best and fastest customer service and pharmacy of all CVS in LA. Thank you for opening right down the street from me – Alexander Rial
I don’t generally review a CVS type store, but this particular store is awesome. Super friendly staff. – Harrison Steed

I see so many bad reviews on here about customer service and long lines, but in all honesty, I have yet to have a bad experience here. Maybe it’s because I tend to go right when they open and there’s obviously less chaos ensuing?! Either way, I’m always greeted when I walk in and I usually end up having a nice convo with whoever is checking me out.
The times I have needed the pharmacy, I have also had a pretty good experience. A few times there was a line, but nothing outrageous or unusual for a pharmacy. In fact, most pharmacies get slammed around peak hours which I think ppl should expect? When there has been a line, the pharmacists have always been kind, courteous and apologetic for the wait. Not to sound hokey, but I just try to practice the golden rule in these situations and pass the kindness forward. 🙂 – Jeana Allan
I normally don’t leave reviews, but for this Pharmacy I will. Busy, close to closing Lisa filled my prescription with no trouble, and did so in a quick yet competent manner. Extremely friendly and apologetic over little to no trouble to boot. The woman who totaled me up, Madlen, same deal. That’s not to say they’re perfect, and your mileage may vary. However, when I see individuals kicking up a fuss for no real reason other than issues outside of the Pharmacists control, causing a headache for the others behind them in line, it spurs me to say that they care about their work and subsequently are good at their jobs. Can’t say that for the entire staff as I haven’t met them, but I’m sure the same could be said.
The other parts of CVS can be slow, hence the four stars, specifically when they have one cashier and I’m unsure why that occurs, but I’ve yet to experience an issue with the Pharmacy and more importantly the individuals who work there. Thanks again for the help. – Ro ok
Very nice staff! There super friendly when it comes to assiting you with anything that you may need help with. Also, the pharmacy does a very good job in quickly getting you in and out quickly, so that you may be on your way rather than stuck inside for a long time. They have plenty of parking available for their customers in the shopping center, and the place is easily accessible for anyone with a wheelchair as well! – Rafi Baghjedjian

A big thanks to the Pharmacy personnel for making sure that my daughter gets her prescription filled before she fly out. They keep thier promise to look for other areas where they can find the medicine. – L L
I have been to other cvs , and I must say the pharmacy at cvs inside target in Glendale , has been the most professional, staff very courteous. Sarah at the pharmacy has been so helpful, professional, courteous. Can say enough about her, at other cvs my prescription was rarely available in full qty. Didn’t seem to care about their customers. I was thinking of changing to another pharmacy but I found cvs in the galleria. Thank you Sarah for all your help. – carlos amador

Store is clean and well-kept, staff is friendly, but there is always a line regardless of the time of day. – Rageena Price
CVS has long been my go-to favorite drug store and this location did not disappoint.
A few good points:
+ open 24 hours
+ really friendly customer service at the front check out desk- props especially to Gayanne, she always has a smile on her face! 🙂
+ big store with everything well stocked
+ spacious parking lot
+ love the coupons I get via email (25-30% off coupons)
+ always has my medications on time.
The only slightly downside is that the inside of the store isn’t as new as some other locations.
But I actually drive out farther to get to this particular CVS :3 – jelena aliceson
