“Friendly in a genuine way. Employees are allowed to think and have personalities. Not some scripted dialogue from Corporate. Imagine a chain store run by knowledgable people who actually take you to the item you’re searching for instead of waving their hand and muttering “It’s over there” referring to the other 10,000 square feet of the store. Biggest regret is they well succumb to the cut-throat competition in the area.” – Jeff Robles

“I called asking for a product the guy who answers the phone literally came back 5 mins later to ask me what I asked in the first place then said the item wasn’t on sale now when it’s your ad paper spoke to a manager which was very very unprofessional Spectrum he said his name was didn’t know how to have a professional conversation on the phone! This store needs a 101 Customer Skills class” – Pisces 0227

“Adyn was a big help today. It was my second Walgreens I had to stop at as the first advised me to go to this location. I bought 2 items 7/31 and wanted to return them today 8/31 right at the month’s final return day. The system was not recognizing my receipt and instead of telling me to call customer service or go to another store as a previous experience he was able to work with me. Very patient, personable, and a good person to have in the leadership position to make calls that keep a satisfied returning customer. Thank you Adyn” – Lin Graciano

“I have been meaning to write a review for a couple of weeks and I’m sorry I forgot. My husband and I worked with Adyn and Cassie in the photo department and they were so helpful, patient and respectful despite us being stressed. I think Adyn even had to take my phone and do all the work lol. The pictures we needed were not for a happy event, and you both were such a blessing to us that day; thanks for your help!” – Leslie Sheley

“Get my medication here…poor customer service. Asian’s don’t understand English! I was told to come back to pick my medication on the day I was to run out. Didn’t explain that it was a manufacture /distributor problem.” – Karen Sloan

“By far worse Walgreens in their Network. Every single time I go there, products on sale are gone (or hidden)…one time I complained to a manager and products magically appeared. Every coupon I use gets rejected for stupid reasons, although accepted at other locations. Staff (old Filipino lady who works morning in particular) super rude and will NOT help you. This is the last time I go here after years of abuse from these guys. I wouldn’t take my coupon for nicotine gum this morning, so I bought a pack of cigarettes instead. All about the money, not the customer. I hope to see this building vacant soon.” – Ed Hartel

“I call to ask questions about my prescription and no one answers the phone. They kept you waiting for like 10 minutes and when someone finally does answer, I can’t even let out 4 words before they hung up on me” – Moy De Leon

“The guy Cho at the pharmacy was very rude when I came to pick up my mother’s prescription. I asked a question about her prescription and he snapped on me.” – Brooke Taylor

“Dr called in a prescription at 3:00 they said it would be ready in thirty mins. I went there at 4:30 have given them an hour and a half. The lady said they didn’t have anything… She asked someone else they said oh it’s in the bin give us 30 more mins. Well, I’m on trip number 4 here about 3 and a half hours later and now the newest guy said oh I’ll get right on that. Give me another 15 minutes. I eventually got my medication. The guy was nice. Just was a little frustrated.” – Jeff Walker

“Waited in the drive-thru to pick up meds for 30 minutes. Worst service ever.” – Sinuon Tith-Lim
