Was clean and well stocked.. little pricey on most items. Pharmacy a bit too slow but friendly. Overall, it’s a matter of if you don’t mind waiting or paying a little more for ur stuff then this is the place to go. – Lisa D Stewts

Great prices if you own a CVS Extracare card. The pharmacy is okay. They email you a refill reminder. – El Tigre

If your doctor prescribes medication on a 90-day supply, but your insurance only covers 30-days, then this is the worst CVS for you.

After 3 refills of 30-day bottles, they informed me that my prescription was invalid….aka, after a total of 90 pills instead of the 270 pills the prescription called for.

They had the nerve to treat me like an idiot, ignore and talk down to me when I tried to figure out what was going on. They don’t care about you here and obviously lack a well taught pharmacy crew if they can’t figure out such obvious numbers.

There are other CVS’s in town, just spare yourself from this one. – Samantha Knotts

The only good thing about this place is that it’s open 24 hours. The pharmacy department itself, is the WORST! It’s hard to get through over the phone, and when you stop by in person the staff is in the worst mood and seem bothered that you’re even there. GO TO CVS INSIDE TARGET!!! The pharmacy staff is great there! NOT HERE! – Jessica Lopez

Sorry to say, but everytime I enter this store, there are time I use the ladys room, and its always filthy, has in trash on the floor, dirty toilet, no toilet paper and carpet is very dirty. – Helen Medina

Will NEVER come back here again. I was treated with disrespect and got yelled at for changing my last name. Thank GOD for Porterville Pharmacy! The staff is unprofessional and rude. – Ciara W.

Most unprofessional place ever. They can not get any prescription right, then tell you it’s your fault. They make you call other pharmacies to sedan if the have the med in Stock when it’s their job. The people are ride and mean. If i could leave a zero for their rating I would. Horrible – Booger McFarland

I come here for meds and buy other miscellaneous items because of my discount card. One thing I dislike is that they seem to rotate their pharmacists with other Pharmacy. I’m just glad that I have two Pharmacies to go for my prescription needs. I do like the fact that you can call or use the internet for filling prescriptions. – Pete Burns

Great staff and pharmacists are always super helpful when I have questions about OTC drugs. My prescriptions are always ready fast. Best CVS in town. – Jessica Lopez

Phone: (559) 784-6336

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars (3 / 5)

Reviews:

Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. U live near the pharmacy but only go there in an emergency because of this. They deliver but if you don’t call the delivery in early they will say there is no room in the van and if they don’t have a drug in stock they will not suggest a pharmacy that does have does have it. Just a very cold and unfriendly atmosphere. – Lynda Cordova

Their pharmacy has gone way down since they’ve made “changes” taking forever to refill and then they tell you your prescriptions ready for pick up and you go and they’re either out of stock or haven’t been submitted. Staff in that department are very rude and need customer service training.Very frustrating! – Zinnia Mendez

The store is very nice inside but the drive up prescription window is filthy the grounds are dirty there’s dead trees in the divider old dirty signs on the wall taped to the wall terrible impression. Trash dumpster is a mess on the ground. – Jay Bird

Called in my meds almost a week ago said they would be ready that Friday came to CVS twice to pick them up and not ready but here I am waiting and they are still not filled why is the service so bad here?? – Chrissey Thompson
