“Due to the heavy downtown LA traffic, I find it more convenient to take public transportation to alleviate traffic congestion. I’ve been loading my tap card at this location for the past six months and every time I’ve had really bad customer service. I’ve never complained but today I was rendered more than usual bad service! I waited at least 27 minutes and although the staff was apologetic, I know this will continue. For anyone considering tap card service or anything that requires front desk assistance, please go elsewhere .” – Jacqueline Garcia

“This location is so disappointing. I always think that because it’s dinner time I’m always going to find fresh chicken or wedges,, if I even ask for fresh chicken instead of getting there dry heated chicken that been sitting on there heating lamp all I get its faces… and not only that but they always have excuses that their cook it’s cooking other things, this time they have me waiting for over 30 mins,, when I know it should only take half the time… please try to cook less chicken during peak hours so when the working class comes in you have fresh chicken cooking.” – S Mendoza
“Friendly service! This Ralphs is across the street from Trader Joe’s. You can literally complete your grocery shopping by coming to this location by getting items from both stores.” – Tahseena Kahn

“One star for being given ‘One-Star’ treatment. I was basically avoided and kept at arm’s distance until I look like I was frustrated with help. The only time someone was willing to come up and help me was when I look like I was just about to trip “Grumpy Cat”. if you go here and you look dark skin prepare to be btrayed as a shopper and prepare to be tailed by staff expecting you to be stealing something. I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends and go here and I’m just letting you know, Google maps.” – Xurreal
“Do not waste time to load your tap card. They do not know how to do it for fix amount.” – Crinabobi2018 Crina
“*ALERT* Avoid Kroger brand at a costs! Just within the past few months, I’ve found: living maggots in Blackberries, dead flies in pre-packaged salad, and now 2/2 jugs of distilled water with so much damn plastic in it that it was causing a sun glare.” – Joe Pro

“Dude, use the website for refills, drop it off and shop if it’s new. The pharmacists are great. I never had a bad experience. I’d rather wait and get the right scrip then have them rush and not be polite.” – Bart Bidlingmeyer

“The 2 guys at this pharmacy are incredibly rude and obnoxious; no social skills or customer service skills whatsoever. I don’t know if it’s a cultural issue or what, but they are passive-aggressive and insulting to the point where I finally decided to stop giving them my business even though it’s the closest pharmacy to my house. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Why deal with a-holes when there are so many nice pharmacists out there?” – Julie Casey
“They always seem to be out of my medication and “we can order it for next week” but I assume because they have the Lowest prices normally on goodrx” – Dominic Chiarelli
