I found everything I was looking for and more – Wez So_N_So

CVS needs to come up with a system to I.D. those picking up perscriptions. I personnaly, had to “GO OFF ON THE STAFF.” They ask customers information like full name, D.O.B., Address, Telephone number. When others are standing around. This is how I.D. Theft happens – Kartoon Kartoon

On 05/19/2013 at approximately 4:00PM, my wife, son and I stopped at CVS to pick up beer and perhaps get a movie at the RedBox outside. My wife brought her brand of beer to the counter and I brought mine. The cashier observed this, as there was only one person ahead of us. My wife stated that she would go check the RedBox while I paid, handing my son her beer to hold until counter space became available. My beer never left my hands.

At this point the cashier loudly stated that my son had “better have his ID.” I responded that he wasn’t buying anything but was assisting his mother. The cashier insisted that unless he had ID, we would not be able to make a purchase. My son is 21, but unfortunately did not have his ID. At this point I decided there was no point in further discussion. I stated that as my own beer was never out of my hand, I’d purchase that and we would pick up my wife’s beer elsewhere. The cashier stated that due to the fact that my son had held my wife’s beer, we would be prohibited from buying any alcohol period. Feeling a bit embarrassed as there were others around, and deeming the situation to be ridiculous, I asked for the manager. The cashier advised me that she was in fact the manager, which I found difficult to believe as she had no name tag on and as a regular shopper, I have never seen her. In retrospect I should have asked to speak to another employee, but my family understandably wanted to leave without further embarrassment.

CVS Pharmacy

Address: 5059 Business Center Dr, Fairfield, CA 94534, United States

Phone: +1 707-863-0727

Rating: 4.3 out of 5 stars (4.3 / 5)

It has a little bit of everything you may need. It is a little bit above in pricing but many things go on sale if you keep your eyes posted and the staff is very nice and helpful. It is also located any Center along with many of the other things that you would need on a regular basis which is helpful for a one-stop-shop. – Joleen

Nothing terribly special about this cvs. They have good deals and pricing on items as well as a side variety of products. I prefer to go to CVS over super markets for grooming supplies, medicines and other such items. – Josh Hampton

I come in here from time to time for some needs (cough meds).
I’ve never had any issues here and always had friendly staff. – Roger Aba

The front store is 24 hours, the pharmacy is not. They have had their new hours up for over a year on their official web page, but some other sites still have their old hours up. – Lily Smith

Good luck getting anyone on the phone, especially at the pharmacy. Every single person seems to be on break whenever you call…and call again…and again….30 minutes is my current record for being – Rikiy Lopaz

RUDE. no courtesy whatsoever. The pharmacist was worse.take your business elsewhere..2 stars for the one employee who was actually kind. – Sweetie Pie

I loved it when it actually was a target pharmacy. .now it’s CVS, nothing against them
Target staff was more helpful I need to fill a prescription for my son with insurance it was $250. target staff went above and beyond to find me coupons online got meds down to $20.00 with insurance.. Will miss the staff…
Staff now is just plain rude and don’t give a rats ass about the customer
Update9/2017 they have gotten better – Lala DLo

Imaging being a pharmacist and being too ignorant or too lazy (not sure which it was) to do your job. Ridiculous! – GreenHeadinc
