I’m surprised at the negative reviews. They are friendly and when something goes wrong, such as a med not being covered, they work hard to get it straightened out. I do think the messaging system to tell us a med is ready for pick up need ironing out, but I don’t think that is the fault of the staff. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, but I believe it is hard to anticipate all the things that go wrong with the insurance system the way it is. It is way faster here than Costco. – Jay Lo
This is the most unreliable pharmacy I have ever been to. I get calls for prescriptions I don’t have. How does that work? On top of that they don’t answer the phone, they can’t keep up with orders, and they’re quick to blame their customers for their incompetence. This place should be shut down. – Bryan Dastmalchi
Worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered!
Takes FOREVER to get your prescription.
I waited in line for over 30 mins and then I was told to wait 15 for a prescription that I called in 8 bours earlier to be filled.
And they don’t answer their phone.
AVOID! – Bak Arizona

Waste of time and money. The PA did not listen to my history and concerns. Kept referring to her notebook. Very unsatisfactory experience still sick with no end in site. – Kathy Wright
CVS is going the way of Sears, Blockbuster, Tower Records, Borders, Toy-R-Us, Longs, Gemco, etc. Stores are boring, unlively, messy, and just depressing to walk through. Feels like the 1980s. Pharmacy isn’t designed for a great customer experience – lines are long, expect to wait in multiple lines and do lots of paperwork if your insurance changed, prescriptions aren’t always ready as indicated, and pharmacy hours aren’t the same as the CVS Pharmacy Store. Costco or online prescriptions are much easier. Expect to see these guys bought by a PE firm… their assets will be sold off and they’ll be shut down. They just don’t get it. – Jeff Chambers
I was fooled by how nice I was treated at first. I was forced to pay for a test my health insurance covers. When I checked in, I made sure I said I was using insurance (and yes they state they accept mine). But when I got the shot done, I was told I had to pay $35. I was confused so I asked why, and the answer I got was that no insurance covers TB tests. I was puzzled but I complied since I needed to leave, and low and behold, my insurance tells me they cover that test. I don’t appreciate being lied to, and I don’t appreciate being forced to pay out of pocket for something I pay to cover my health. Will never go to another MinuteClinic again. – Lois Chan

Fantastic pharmacy!!! Prescription was called in by doctor and ready before I arrive-in spite of being very busy. Everyone extremely helpful and friendly! – Morgan Sullivan
